 e will be a discussion regarding the Call Committee\, along with an overvi
 ew of its recommendations. This is an opportunity to stay informed\, ask q
 uestions\, and engage in the life and direction of our church.\nFollowing 
 the discussion\, the congregation will be asked to participate in two impo
 rtant votes. All voting members are encouraged to attend and take part in 
 this meaningful time together.\nResolution #1 from the Call Committee:\nTo
  call The Rev. Katie Mueller as Pastor of Bethany Lutheran Church\, design
 ated as “Head of Staff.”\nResolution #2 from the Call Committee:\nTo e
 mpower the Call Committee to continue the call process by consulting with 
 the Northern Illinois Synod to identify Deacon candidates\, conduct interv
 iews\, and present a candidate to the congregation for a vote.\nPlease not
 e that on April 19\, there will be a worship service at 9:00 AM only. Ther
 e will be no 10:00 AM service to accommodate the meeting.
