 special post-worship class titled “Scripture\, Harm\, and Hope: An LGBTQ
 + Faith Conversation.”\nBuilding on the conversations begun earlier this
  year in Bethany’s Being RIC class\, this gathering will provide a thoug
 htful and welcoming space to explore how Christians have interpreted key b
 iblical texts related to LGBTQ+ people. Together\, participants will exami
 ne Scripture in its historical and cultural context\, consider different a
 pproaches to interpretation\, and reflect on how these passages continue t
 o shape conversations within the church today.\nWhether you participated i
 n the Being RIC class or are joining the conversation for the first time\,
  this session is designed to help deepen understanding and encourage meani
 ngful dialogue rooted in faith\, compassion\, and respect.\nThe class will
  begin immediately after worship and will last approximately 60–90 minut
