COVID Accommodation Update

We can now have people in church for worship at a limited capacity to allow for social distancing and to meet current regulations. See above for Holy Week sign ups.

In-Person Worship Protocol at Bethany Lutheran Church 

  1. Sign up ahead of time for worship.
  2. Doors will be open for worship at 8:45 am.
  3. Verbal directions for worshippers will be given by a pastor at 8:55 am.
  4. Please wear your mask at all times in the building, unless you are receiving communion.
  5. When you arrive, you will sanitize your hands and sign in.
  6. Then you will receive a communion cup from the usher.
  7. Enter the worship space through the center doors.
  8. Find a pew with a “reserved for you” sign and sit in the area of the sign. (Please note there is one pew where we ask whoever sits there to remain seated to accommodate the camera for at home worshippers.)
  9. A worship bulletins will be at each reserved area. If you need more bulletins, let the usher know.
  10. During worship respond or sing quietly, or remain silent.
  11. After you receive communion, throw your cup away in the basket provided and sanitize your hands.
  12. After worship please carry conversations on outside.
