Income in February was $42,607 which was quite a bit lower than both the budget of $63,090 and the prior year of $63,032.  We think that this shortfall is just a timing difference as total year pledges for this year compared to last year are not that different.  But we will watch this closely as the year progresses.  Expenses in February were $58,050 which were lower than the budget of $63,724.  We had a deficit for the month of ($15,443) compared to the budgeted deficit of ($634).  The mortgage balance, after the February payment of $2,270 (principal $593 and interest $1,677), is $350,412.
