If you’re interested in becoming a member at Bethany, let one of the pastors know or email the church office (FrontDesk@bethanylc.com) to let them know you would like to become a member. Bethany is holding a new member class on Thursday, November 10 at 7 pm.
Don't worry though - we won’t quiz you on Luther's Small Catechism! Our classes are really just ways for us to meet you and introduce you to all the incredible things that God is doing through our congregation.
At Bethany, we believe that when we are baptized we are adopted into God's family and from that point forward, nothing can separate us from the love of God.
Because this is God's action (not our own), we believe that people of any age (newborns on up!) can be brought to the waters of baptism.
To sign up for a baptism, please fill out our online Baptismal Application. Also download our Baptism Handbook which gives a quick FAQ of the process. After we review your application, we will get in touch with you regarding your preferred dates, and setting up a meeting with one of the pastors.
No baptisms on the following dates (unless exception is made by pastors):
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
The covenant of marriage is one of the most important promises that two people will ever make to one another in their lifetime, and at Bethany we want to get your relationship started surrounded by the love of God, family and friends.
If you are interested in Bethany as the site for your wedding ceremony, read our wedding guide and contact us at church. We would love to arrange a tour of the building, so you can get a feel for our sanctuary as well.
Our pastors will be more than happy to officiate your wedding and provide pre-marital counseling classes. We also provide you with a wedding coordinator, to help you plan a beautiful ceremony and take care of the details.
The premarital counseling classes are offered through Prepare-Enrich - a tool to help couples learn about each other's strengths and growth areas.
As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
At Bethany, we believe that in our baptisms, we were promised that not even death can separate us from the love of God.
If you have recently lost a loved one, Bethany Lutheran Church extends to you our prayers and our most heartfelt condolences. The loss of those nearest to us is never easy, but our pastors, staff and dedicated volunteers will walk with in your grief - as Jesus does for all of us.
If you would like to have a wake, visitation or funeral at Bethany Lutheran Church, please contact us and your funeral director to make the necessary arrangements.
