As the Director of Communications & Events at Bethany, I work with staff and congregational teams to shape and execute communication and outreach efforts, including managing the church’s online presence, website, and database. I also coordinate volunteers, design communication materials, and develop strategies for community engagement.
I have a degree in Middle School Education from Eastern Illinois University and have held various roles in project management, photography, virtual education, and event planning—most recently at Topsy Turvy Brewery. Seeking a new challenge, I was excited by the opportunity to use my skills to support an organization that truly serves the community. I love working with passionate people and was especially drawn to Bethany's welcoming and inclusive environment. I’m grateful to be part of a team that brings people together and makes a difference.
