Income in December from our very generous congregation was $97,204, which was higher than both the budget of $89,840 and the prior year of $86,625. Expenses in December were $71,914 which were lower than the budget of $73,478. For the full year, income of $746,031 was $58,909 below budget but expenses of $736,018 were $68,922 also below budget. Therefore, we had a surplus for the year of $10,013. The year-to-date benevolence spending was 18.9% of receipts which was above our plan of 17.7% and our target of 18%. Mortgage payments in 2025 totaled $27,240, which is 12 payments of $2,270 each month. The total was applied as follows: (Principal $7,266.18 and Interest $19,973.82). The Mortgage balance at 12/31/25 is $351,595.36; down from the beginning of the year balance of $358,861.54.
