Summary Financial Results for August 2026

Income in August was $55,673 which was below the budget of $67,155 by ($11,482).  For the first eight months of the year, income is below budget by ($62,907) and below last year's actual by ($64,382).  Our net deficit for the first eight months is ($47,463) compared to a budgeted deficit of ($15,171). The mortgage balance, after the August payment of $2,270 (principal $612 and interest $1,658), is $346,519.
