01/18/2026 - Update
With great care, the equipment used to stream our Sunday worship was shipped back to the vendor on Thursday, January 15. The equipment should still be under warranty, and we expect that the repair or replacement will not result in any additional cost to BLC. While this equipment is being repaired, staff are actively working on a temporary workaround so that those who rely on watching worship from home will have access beginning this Sunday, January 25.

Over the past couple of weeks, some of you may have noticed that our Sunday worship services have not been livestreamed as usual. We want to share a brief update and let you know what’s happening.
The issue is related to a hardware failure in our video streaming system. Essentially, the device that sends our service from the sanctuary to the internet is no longer functioning correctly. After extensive testing, our AV team has confirmed that this is not an issue with computers, internet browsers, or software settings. Instead, the problem appears to be internal to the streaming unit itself.
Our AV volunteer team has already taken several troubleshooting steps and is now working directly with Datavideo support to determine the fastest and most reliable solution.
We know the livestream is an important way many people stay connected to worship, especially those who are unable to attend in person, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please know that resolving this is a priority, and we will continue to keep the congregation informed as we learn more.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the behind-the-scenes volunteers who help make worship possible each week. A special thank you to Todd Pierzina who is heading up this quest.
