There's something special about the name Bethany.

In the Bible, Bethany was a place of friendship, hospitality, and welcome. It was the home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus, dear friends of Jesus who opened their home and hearts to him. Their story reminds us that faith is often lived around tables, in conversations, through acts of service, and in communities where everyone is welcomed and loved.

On Sunday, July 26, we invite you to join us for Bethany Sunday: Welcome Home, a joyful celebration of our congregation's name and the community we have built together.

Following worship, stay for a festive fellowship hour filled with colorful decorations, treats, a photo booth, and opportunities to share memories and stories about our church's history. We would like to hear from long-time members as we reflect on how Bethany Lutheran Church came to be and why this place has become home for so many.

Whether you have been part of Bethany for decades, joined recently, or are visiting for the very first time, this celebration is for you.

Come reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and celebrate the gift of belonging to a community where there is always room at the table.

We can't wait to welcome you home.
