Our donation drop-off event originally scheduled for this Saturday, September 28, will look a little different than planned. We had arranged for all donated household items to be loaded onto a truck between 8:00–10:00 AM and delivered to Saver’s Thrift Store by our appointment time. However, because Saver’s is receiving a large shipment from their distribution warehouse, they have canceled our scheduled drop-off.
Instead of pausing the effort, we are pivoting!
Saturday Morning (8:00–10:00 AM):
A volunteer crew will be ready at the circle drive to help carry your donated items into the church’s Music Room for temporary storage.
Weekday Drop-Offs (Sept. 29 – Oct. 3):
You are welcome to bring donations during church hours next week. Please note that if you come during the week, there will not be volunteers available to assist with carrying items downstairs to the Music Room. Please check in with the office before removing donations from your vehicle.
While this change is not what we had hoped for, it does give our congregation more time and opportunity to contribute donations.
If you are available on Saturday morning between 8:00–10:00 AM, we could use extra hands to help carry items into the Music Room. Your help will make the process smoother and easier for everyone.
